- Wheel Alignment: Four-wheel alignments are easily done using the Auto-Vision.
- Camber, toe angles and caster are all determined by measuring off the wheels and SAI angle is determined by measuring upper and lower ball joints.
- Key Feature: Auto Reset Function- If the vehicle moves during a repair it can be easily relocated by simply pressing the auto reset key on the handheld unit and remeasuring the 2 reference points stored during the set-up.

Cabinet and Computer
The cabinet can be Located anywhere convenient, as it doesn’t need to be close to the actual work area as the Measuring tower has it own “PDS” (personal display system).
Measuring towers
There is a measuring tower on each side of the vehicle. Each measuring tower has its own handheld and measuring arm that can be extended or retracted.
Rails
A measuring rail is mounted on each side of the rack for the measuring towers to roll on.
Wheel alignment
Wheel alignment is very easy to do . . . simply press the alignment button on the handheld and follow the instructions on the display screen.
Reports
Reports can be done before, during and after the repairs along with before and after wheel alignment.
Measuring toe angle
Measuring toe is done by measuring the rear of the wheel then the front of the wheel…
Measuring camber angle
Measuring camber angle is done by measuring the bottom of the wheel, then the Top of the wheel.
Measuring caster angle…
Caster angle is done by turning the front wheel inward 10 degrees and measuring the camber angle. Then turn the wheel outward 10 degrees and measure the camber angle. The computer will do the calculating and display the caster angle.
