Shipping with UPS and FEDEX will be free for MOST orders of $300 and up.
Orders that need truck delivery are free delivered to a direct shipping point
and/or could be picked up at your local freight terminal.
Exceptions:
Truck deliveries to a residential address are subject to a $40.00 fee,
Truck Deliveries requiring a lift gate are subject to a $135.00 fee,
Truck Deliveries to rural area's are subject to a RATZ fee.

Shipping and Delivery of Lifts and Shop Equipment:
Please note that upon delivery a Fork Lift, Loading Dock or similar will be required to assist in offloading your order.
Large equipment (14,000 Lbs Lifts and up) has to be shipped with a contracted flatbed carrier. Please make sure that a Fork Lift + Driver with rated capacity will be available to offload a side loaded 48" flatbed at the time of shipment arrival. Carriers are only be able to stay 2 hours at delivery location before charging for delay in delivery.

FREE SHIPPING (Most orders of $300 or more) for Deliveries by UPS and FEDEX:
There will be no additional charges for UPS orders shipping to a residence,
or to a business address.
Shipping & Handling by Truck
All BendPak and Ranger orders will be shipped directly
from the factory in Santa Paula, California
Freight Pre-Paid to direct shipping points.

What if my address is NOT a direct shipping point?
All truck deliveries to a rural or interline point are subject to a small service fee.
Please contact us to find out how much the service fee will be.
Deliveries to a residential address:
Heavy items (usually (single heavy items over 100 to 125 lbs) that are delivered to a residential (non-business) address by freight truck rather than FEDEX or UPS, will be charged a service fee currently $40.
Deliveries by UPS and FEDEX:
There will be no additional charges for UPS and FedEx orders shipping to a residence, or to a business address.
Deliveries that require a lift gate:
Please indicate if lift gate truck is required. An additional fee of $135.00 will apply to all orders that require lift gate. Some items are too large to be delivered by lift gate
Free Deliveries to 48 contiguous states only, surcharge Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rici, US Virgin Island:
We currently deliver to the continental US, lower 48 contiguous states only.
Additional freight charges will apply for all shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
Deliveries to Canada:
Free shipping for orders to the USA-Canada border.
