GoAiR by BendPak LIMITED WARRANTY GoAiR by BendPak Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that GoAiR Product(s) will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the Warranty Period section below, subject to the exclusions set forth herein. This warranty statement details our total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our Products. The warranty on GoAiR Products is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner. Warranty Period The warranty period for GoAiR Products is 12 months. General Terms • To register a Warranty Claim for your GoAiR Product, please visit bendpak.com/support/warranty then complete the requested information. • In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer. • The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. • All labor and transportation charges relating to performance of this warranty must be borne by the original consumer purchaser. • Replacement Products and/or parts are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days, whichever is greater. • Proof of original retail purchase specifying the Product model and date of purchase is required to obtain warranty service under this limited warranty. • Warranty start date will be ninety (90) days from manufacture date absent valid proof of purchase. • Replaced Product or part(s) will be the property of GoAiR. Warranty Exchange GoAiR will replace any GoAiR Product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to defect in workmanship or material. Replacement Products and parts may be new, reconditioned, refurbished, or otherwise factory remanufactured. A replacement Product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product. Process for Returning Product To return an item, you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. GoAiR will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. You may obtain an RMA by contacting us via telephone or email for assistance. 1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number: All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Contact GoAiR at bendpak.com/support/warranty for assistance. 2. Write the RMA number on the shipping label on the outside of the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to GoAiR. Do not write the RMA number on the actual box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our warehouse. Limitation of Liability GoAiR by BendPak shall have no obligation pursuant to this warranty with respect to Products which in our sole judgment have been altered, modified, damaged, misused, abused, badly worn, lost or improperly maintained. This warranty is null and void if; the customer cannot show proof of purchase as the Product’s original owner; any other person other than an authorized representative of GoAiR has made any attempt to service or modify the GoAiR Product prior to its return to GoAiR under this warranty; any of the Product component parts have been replaced with parts that were not authorized GoAiR replacement parts. In no event will either party be liable for any damage caused by the other party's failure to fulfill its responsibilities under these terms and conditions. In no event will either party be liable for any lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic consequential damages. GoAiR Products are provided and sold as is without any express or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. No warranties, expressed or implied, will apply after the warranty periods described above. GoAiR may modify these terms and conditions at any time by either providing the customer with written notice or posting such revised terms on bendpak.com/support/warranty.
